This is an all levels practice using pure essential oils to enhance relaxation and overall well-being to allow you to stretch and relax deeply!
We will open with an uplifting blend of essential oils. Then we will warm up, move through our class For the last bit of class we will wind down with some longer held postures…. then end with a little longer savasana. Accessible to everyone
Basic Yoga 1 and 2
This class is for experienced Level 1 students or Level 2 students. This class will be slightly faster paced than the Level 1 class, with basic knowledge of standing poses expected. Students coming from other yoga disciplines with a year or more of practice may find this level the place to begin. Talk to the teacher about your experience and whether or not this is the class for you.

In this 45 minute class, you’ll have the chance to bond with baby while moving through gentle stretches and movements beneficial to both mama and baby. Some benefits of mommy and me yoga include…
